Dear Guests, 1- in Venice Google Maps doesn't work well! That's why we send the detailed instructions to reach us together with a map and you told me you received them. 2- regarding the phone number, probably you mixed something because nobody ever had problems contacting me. 3- all rooms has canal view. Only the one with the fresco ceiling is not direct on the canal but that one is on its right. 4- cause Covid19 our presence is limited as it's written in the guideline we follow (government's guidelines). Instead we are reachable 24h. (Moreover if you're wandering Venice, you won't see us when in the structure).
