This was my sister's first trip to Venice and the hotel was perfect! The location was amazing, steps away from Piazza San Marco, the bathroom was so large and modern with all amenities, the family room we stayed in was perfect for me, my daughter and my sister traveling...I will definitely stay there again! Highly recommend for anyone who can walk a few stairs up to the rooms and there is a public rooftop area with great seating and views also.

A hidden gem in the heart of St Marcs
What a super accommodation right in the heart of San Marco! In 3 minutes we were in the main square, the vaporetto deck, and a plethora of restaurants and shops. Room was small for 3 people but quiet, comfortable, and super clean. My son was sick and the hotel staff were far beyond helpful- grazie! It felt like home away from home! One little correction: they should send all info and instructions to the room at least 2-3 days before arrival. Otherwise communication with the hotel was excellent (prompt and very helpful).
