Apartment 4: Located on the second floor overlooking the Calle, the accommodation consists of a separate entrance that leads to the living room there is a comfortable sofa, dining area, and open kitchen complete with refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher; finally, a bedroom with queen size bed and a bathroom with shower complete the layout. There is also a sofa bed in the apartment. The building does not have an elevator. Added amenities are a television, free wi-fi internet throughout the apartment, air conditioning, a hair dryer, and a toaster. \* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m. \*Cot available upon request, at an extra cost of 35€ per stay. We also offer our guests authentic experiences to live in contact with the locals. L'interno è spazioso, confortevole per due persone. Ho apprezzato il locale per il deposito bagagli, dotato anche di un bagno. L'interno è molto spartano, i mobili sono ridotti all'essenziale, per esempio nel soggiorno/cucina non c'è un mobiletto da adibire a dispensa e nel bagno mancano sgabello e ganci per gli asciugamani. Anche in ingresso servirebbe un attaccapanni, quando piove non è simpatico dover ritirare le giacche bagnate nell'armadio. Questa location è molto romantica e fuori dai percorsi turistici, ma servizi come negozi o bar sono raggiungibili solo con una passeggiata. I bagni potrebbero essere dotati di ganci per appendere e nella doccia un portasapone. Devo sempre portare la moka per il caffè. Perché non dotare la cucina di questo prezioso utensile? As a group of three friends we were thrilled to see such a large bedroom and such a large living area with a converted bed. The beds were set and made for our arrival. The apartment was in a very quiet, peaceful part of town right across the water from all the action! All sights were within a 20 min walk and the boat dock (Salute) was very close maybe 5 minutes maximum walk and even had a ramp for suitcases which was very welcomed. There is a nice little cafe across the street and lots of places within walking distance. The only downside is no elevator that we saw but a nice neighbor even helped us! We checked in, killed tons of mosquitos, and went to dinner. When we got back, the keypads were all dead. This company does not have anyone on the phones afterhours(or ever?). Noone responded to our WhatsApp text, Calls or emails. Thankfully we were able to access our apartment (with all of our belongings) with a ladder a local restaurant kindly loaned us. 12 hrs after we reached out someone got back to us. We had to check out and check into a hotel down the block, since we couldn’t leave or enter our apartment with the dead keypads. They are now refusing a refund! Would be nice to have wine glasses in the apartment.
