The apartment, located on the second floor of a prestigious building in Neoclassical style, equipped with an elevator, occupies one level, an area of 135mq. It consists of a large entrance, with a wall used as a cupboard, from which you enter the large living room with kitchen and the sleeping area with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The living room is undoubtedly the most important and sensational area of the apartment; it is a single large room whose center is dominated by a dining table that seats six to eight people; on the left there is a relaxation area with sofas, TV, wifi; on the right side of the wall equipped kitchen, there is an old bar 'revisited', surmounted by a wall mirror in wrought iron.The sleeping area has a minimalist style typical of the living area: the master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable futon bed, with mat network, and a large natural wood dresser; the illumination is provided by an authentic cinematic lighthouse. 
The second room, intended primarily for children, is characterized by two large double bunk beds also futon.
Finally, two large bathrooms with shower, sink, toilet and bidet contribute to the feeling of comfort and style that is felt inside this house.
