Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 55 m² flat for rent in Vendays-Montalivet, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 22 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 50 m² garden. Sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation comprises  
\- A 22 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
\- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)  
\- Bedroom 2: pull-out bed (2 single beds)  
\- Bathroom with shower  
\- Separate WC  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.  
  
Outside:  
\- A 6 m² terrace with a table and two chairs to make the most of the fine weather  
\- A 50 m² garden, enclosed and private  
  
The flat is ideally located in Vendays-Montalivet, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.  
  
Transport :  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park (2 private spaces).
