Located in front of the Mediterranean Sea with direct access to the promenade and beach, it is located in the most exclusive area of Torre del Mar / Caleta de Velez. The urbanization is made up of 12 houses in a private and closed area of 4600 square meters. In the center of the urbanization it has a magnificent pool with common areas, the pool open all year round and, in addition, each house has a private garden. The house has 2 floors, on the ground floor it has a porch with a private garden, a kitchen-integrated in the very spacious living room and a bedroom with an integrated bathroom, this is ideal for people with some difficulty climbing the stairs, it has two beds together for individual use that make up a sleeping space of 180 cm, in addition to the entrance hall, it has a laundry room and stairs to the first floor. On the first floor it has an en-suite bedroom of about 80 square meters, resembling the views from this to a ship, you can see the sea in front, to the left and to the right. Er war sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und bemühte sich sehr, uns willkommen und wie zu Hause zu fühlen. Das Haus selbst sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern, die Einrichtung ist modern und geschmackvoll, der schöne, ruhige Poolbereich ist von einer Mauer umgeben und bietet so viel Privatsphäre. Der Strand liegt direkt vor der Haustür, und die Aussicht war herrlich. Wir hatten Familienmitglieder mit Gehbehinderungen dabei, und der barrierefreie Zugang war sehr gut. Die Wege und Hauptstraßen hatten alle Rampen, und die Umgebung ist sehr eben, sodass man sich zu Fuß gut fortbewegen konnte. Einzig einige der nahegelegenen Restaurants haben nur zu bestimmten Zeiten am frühen Abend geöffnet, und manche schließen montags. Informieren Sie sich also unbedingt, wenn Sie auswärts essen möchten. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Ort mit freundlichen Menschen.
