### Lovely home in Vela Luka

Villa Pinia is a luxurious villa in close proximity to the sea in the idyllic Vela Luka in the western part of the island of Korula. A beautiful, modern architectural style and a quiet location make this villa ideal for those seeking peace and privacy, and if they want a bit of the hustle and bustle of the town, they can be in the town centre in no time at all. Villa Pinia offers its guests the opportunity to swim in the crystal clear sea at any time, as the beach is only a few steps away from the villa. It is perfect for those who want to experience peace and relaxation in the ambience of the Dalmatian coast with birdsong, the scent of pine trees and Mediterranean herbs. In front of Villa Pinia is the sister villa Eleganza. Villas can be rented as separate units or as a complex of two villas, which is ideal for larger groups of guests. The interiors are simple and elegantly designed, modern and carefully selected, with attention paid to every detail to make guests feel as comfortable as possible. All three rooms have a double bed (1x160x200) and (2x180x200) and a balcony with a marvellous view. One of the rooms has access to a terrace with a swimming pool. The pleasant and warm atmosphere in the modern kitchen invites holidaymakers to cook something to their taste. On the ground floor there is a modern, well-equipped kitchen where you can easily prepare delicious meals for the whole family and friends and savour them at the dining table in the dining room. In the living room, you can relax on a lovely sofa and watch TV, your favourite series or films. The outdoor terrace is a real luxury, thanks to the view of the sparkling sea and the 24 m2, 1.5 metre deep pool. Next to the overflow pool there are 6 sun loungers for sunbathing, where you can relax in peace and quiet. The beautiful terrace with pool is a place you are sure to love. On the terrace you can barbecue for your company and after lunch you can relax on the sun loungers by the pool and enjoy your favourite drink. A stay at Villa Pinia will leave no one indifferent and you will certainly want to return to Vela Luka and this beautiful residence. The courtyard of the villa is partially fenced and offers 2 private parking spaces. There is also a charger for electric cars. The houses have green roofs with Mediterranean plants. Some of the plants on green roofs are olives, lavender, mimosa and bougainvillea. A holiday in this villa is perfect for escaping from everyday obligations and worries and enjoying complete hedonism. In this small Dalmatian paradise, you can feel all the beauties of life on the island, learn about local traditions and treat yourself to an unforgettable and unique experience.
