The living/kitchen and dining area is open and spacious. The flat also has a large south-facing balcony with a beautiful view. House C / 2nd floor / partial lift / wifi yes / 1 bedroom with double bed / 1 bathroom with WC and bath tub Only 5 minutes walking distance to the shopping facilities or to the post office of Lenzerheide. In summer, the bike paths and hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity of the house. \- Bed linen charge includes towels & kitchen linen. - Cot and high chair can be obtained from our office for a deposit Bookings up to 60 days before arrival can be cancelled free of charge. For any cancellations, a handling fee of CHF 100.00 will be retained. If a cancellation is made less than 60 days before arrival, the tenant has the right to propose a replacement tenant.
