Luxury villa located in an area with panoramic views in Vasto, in Abruzzo, just 5 km from the Adriatic Sea.  
Villa Tagliaferri has just been renovated and can accommodate up to 9/10 people thanks to its 5 bedrooms.  
It is characterized by modern styled interiors, the attention to every single detail, and its large internal and external spaces. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with all mod cons.  
Guests have access to a private swimming pool, solarium, gazebo equipped with barbecue and wood-burning brick oven, tree house and large garden.  
A few kilometres by car from the property are the most beautiful regional nature reserves of the Costa dei Trabocchi, such as Punta Aderici and Lecceta di Torino di Sangro.  
This beautiful villa is an excellent base to discover the scenic beauty of Abruzzo, including the Majella and Gran Sasso-Laga national parks and the Stiffe caves; its artistic and cultural destinations, include the medieval village of Santo Stefano di Sessanio, the hermitage of San Bartolomeo in Legio, the fortress of Civitella del Tronto and Rocca Calascio.  
Sports enthusiasts will also find plenty to do: the owners of the Villa manage a sports centre in the municipality of Vasto (tennis, Padel tennis) and along the coast you can go scuba diving or snorkelling, rent canoes, take long walks on foot or cycle along paths and cycle paths such as the via Verde.

First floor (accessible from an internal staircase near the kitchen): double bedroom (air conditioning, parquet flooring and beams) with private toilet reached via the attic (minimum height: 1.20 metres; height maximum: 2.10) with small bath.  
First floor (accessible from an internal staircase near the bedrooms): double bedroom (air conditioning, TV, parquet flooring, beams and fan) with private bathroom with shower.  
Lower floor (accessible from both inside and outside): large living room with fireplace (parquet flooring, air conditioning) dining area and with access to the external courtyard, kitchen (oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher , espresso machine, toaster) double bedroom (air conditioning) and with access to a small staircase leading to the garden area, bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi.
