It has a surface area of 39 m² and can comfortably accommodate 6 guests. Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it consists of a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, an open sleeping area and a shower room. Wi-Fi included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: \- A 20 m² living room with a double sofa bed, TV and dining area \- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, family coffee maker and Nespresso machine, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... \- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) \- An open sleeping area with 1 bunk bed (sleeps 2) \- A bathroom with shower and WC Outside: \- A 10 m² terrace with mountain views and furniture to enjoy sunny days The apartment is ideally located in Vars, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Outside the opening period, from mid-April to the end of June, activity in the resort is reduced, with restaurants, ski lifts, grocery stores, etc. closed. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park of the accommodation. For other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: \- Nearest train station: Mont-Dauphin, 19 km away (25 minutes by car) \- Nearest airport: Marseille, 250 km away (3 hours by car) Other remarks: \- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
