Just steps away from the ski slopes and the vibrant local scene, this property is perfectly situated for an unforgettable stay.  
  
The apartment features two inviting bedrooms: one with a cozy double bed (200x160) and the other furnished with two bunk beds (190x90), making it perfect for children or extra guests. The living room also includes a comfortable double sofa bed (200x160), providing additional sleeping space. The well-appointed bathroom is designed to meet all your needs during your stay.  
  
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a welcoming open-plan kitchen, equipped with everything necessary for a memorable culinary experience. The kitchen includes a sink, four-burner hob, fridge, dishwasher, small conventional oven, microwave, and a range of handy appliances such as a Nespresso coffee maker, teapot, kettle, toaster, and raclette machine. You’ll find all the crockery, pots, and pans you need, as well as a washing machine in the bathroom for your convenience.  
  
Located in the picturesque Vars les Claux, this property offers an enchanting setting at the foot of the majestic Eyssina face, framed by the stunning larch forest of “Forêt Blanche.” Here, you’ll experience the charm of a village with all the modern amenities and entertainment of a premier resort right at your fingertips.  
  
A secure ski locker is available in the ski room on the ground floor, making it easy to store your equipment safely.  
  
Free private parking in the building’s basement, ensuring hassle-free access to your home away from home.  
  
One pet is allowed in the property with a minimal fee of thirty euros  
  
Bed linen and towels are available for rent, payable upon booking :
