You can reach your apartment via an elevator or the stairs. From the entrance area with a practical cloakroom it goes into the cozy living and dining area. The dining area with dining table and ultra-modern kitchen is equipped with the best branded appliances. From the very tastefully furnished living-dining area you can access the covered east-facing balcony with modern garden furniture. The ceilings, which are up to 5 meters high, are impressive and the Velux window in the upper area makes the living-dining area bright and friendly. You reach your personal bedroom via the living-dining area. The bedroom with a comfortable double bed and wardrobe also offers the modern shower room en suite. The floor-to-ceiling windows create a pleasant atmosphere and direct access to the covered balcony. The shower room with toilet, illuminated mirror and walk-in summer rain shower also has daylight. Bereits morgens vor 8h begannen die Bauarbeiten und der Blick vom Balkon aus, ging dann auf rangierende Baumaschinen. Das war uns vorher nicht bekannt gemacht worden. Die Wohnung selbst ist ganz hübsch, aufgrund der hohen Decken und der spartanischen Einrichtung hallt es aber sehr. Die Küchenausstattung ist sparsam. Die Matrazen waren für uns eindeutig zu hart.
