"The hotel was very nice but before we arrived the booking we made nearly 12 months previously was communicated that they wished to move us to a sister hotel. Following communication before we went on this matter it was then confirmed our original booking would stand. "Very disappointed with the overall experience. The property rooms were not as per standard or what was presented on the website The rooms were not clean or maintained The property upkeep is not as per 5 star standard The towels and pillows were very dirty and were not in a state where they could be used; they had stains and even after asking for replacement were provided with stained towels (we ended up having to purchase towels from a local store) Hot water was not working in the room The exhaust fan was not working as well"
