The stuff was really nice..they cleaned my room everyday and one of them also carried my luggage all the way up to my cab (\~1km away from the hotel) after checking out. The property practically opens into the Munshi ghat, so it is really easy to get there. My main concern was the hotel entrance which I would not recommend for those with limited mobility or the elderly. It's deep inside the Galis and it is not at all easy to bring one's luggage through the narrow, dirty lanes. Also, there are dogs and monkeys in the area so please watch out for food items you are carrying. The room was pretty clean. I had a slightly leaky flush in my toilet. Un pò meno arrivare dalla strada principale, si consiglia di arrivare di giorno per poter eventualmente chiedere o telefonare alla struttura. La stanza era al 4' piano con un'enorme finestra sul Gange, stanza grande e moderna con bagno altrettanto grande. Pulita con lenzuola non rotte nè macchiate. La nostra oasi di pace a Varanasi.
