### La Terrasse du Mené - Appt cosy centre ville avec grande terrasse

This charming 45 m² apartment in Vannes can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the 2nd floor (with elevator), it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom (with shower). Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4\* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, dishcloths).   
  
The accommodation is composed as follows:  
\- 20 m² living room with TV  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...  
\- Bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)   
\- Bathroom with shower  
\- Separate WC  
  
Outside :  
\- A large terrace with garden furniture to enjoy the sunny days.  
  
The apartment is ideally located in Vannes, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...  
  
Transport :  
If you choose to come by car, you can park close to {home\_type} (paid parking).

Dommage qu il n est pas proposé de garde bagage à l entrée et à la sortie ni de flexibilité au niveau des horaires mais l agence propose 2 sites pour le dépôt des bagages avant l heure de votre train."
