### L'Abstrait - T3 avec parking à 5 minutes du port

The Cocoonr agency offers this apartment for rent, located in a residence just a 5-minute drive from the port of Vannes and the city centre. With a surface area of 64m², it can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. The apartment is on the 1st floor without a lift.  
  
The accommodation is composed as follows:  
\- A lovely 25m² living room with TV   
\- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Tassimo pod coffee machine, etc.  
\- Two bedrooms with 2 double beds (140x190).  
\- A bathroom with shower and washing machine  
\- A separate toilet  
  
Outside:  
\- A small balcony with furniture, table and chairs to enjoy sunny days  
  
For even more comfort: washing machine, plancha grill, ironing board and iron.  
  
Transport:  
\- If you are coming by car, the residence has a private outdoor car park at the rear, where you will have a private parking space.  
  
For other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:  
\- Nearest train station: Vannes  
\- Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique   
  
Other comments:
