The house is located in a nice neighborhood close to groceries, shopping, and restaurants. Kitchen equipment was sparse - we needed to supply cutting boards and a toaster. The oven broke the first night of our stay, but the host communicated quickly with us to try to find a solution. The listing shows the property sleeps 14, but there are only beds for 10\. Two provided air mattresses make up the difference, though one of them leaked severely and our guests chose to sleep on couches. For the price, it was a fine, clean, and comfortable house. This worked well for us. Sparse but sufficiently furnished with what we needed (only one TV, so the young adults just used the wifi and watched things on their devices). TV remote was dead but we managed to get the TV on and then AirPlay from my iPad to use my streaming services. I would suggest some labels are put on the light switches. Inside of house was very nice - great beds and bath and living area, but kitchen was not well stocked. If you are planning on cooking, you will need to bring things with you. Only a few small pots, a few skillets, some serving bowls, a good assortment of utensils and then cutlery, glasses and plates for about 10 people. Needs things like measuring cups/spoons, cutting board, colander, baking sheets - basically anything you would need for prep. There was no where to unpack in the master - no closet or dresser. Grocery and restaurants were only 8 minutes away. Neighborhood was super quiet and felt very safe. Nice parks nearby. Small patio in the back that would be nice if it had some chairs to be able to sit outside. Landscaping looks to be next on the to-do list - it's currently weedy and bare. Beds were in good shape and comfortable. Very nice neighborhood. Easy access to interstates 70&75\. It was lacking in a few areas though. We were provided with only one towel per person and some of them were stained. The dryer was loaded with towels and sheets and we didn't know where to put them. The washer had a load of laundry in it from the previous renter. The living room furniture is getting pretty beat up. There was a minimal selection of pots and pans and they were in poor condition. The house was super clean, and we had a great time staying. The host was very communicative and very understanding person . We stayed for a wedding and this house was perfect for our group. It fit us perfectly and was much better than a hotel. So much in the area. Host was very responsive. Could have been cleaned better but it had many welcome & needed amenities. We'd definitely stay there again when visiting our Ohio family. ##### Sioux K.
