Kitchen had all the amenities. Felt safe in the area. Grocery stores were about a 10 minute walk. Owner was quick to answer any questions we had, really appreciate that. Thank you. It's super thin and you can feel every spring. It was really uncomfortable. My teenager ended up folding it back up and just sleeping on it as a regular sofa which wasn't great. Otherwise the apartment is spacious and has everything you need. The area is close to East Hastings so there is some spillover of the homeless around the building but we didn't feel unsafe. We used Uber which is quite cheap in Vancouver and they are everywhere. This unit is perfect for a group of 4 people. 6 is a stretch unless you have an air mattress. ##### Theresa T.
