Clean but entire place needs painting. The room was clean but lacked a plug in for charging electronic equipment - we ahd to unplug the the radio. We still have not received a print copy of our paid bill. Staff nice and pleasant but not knowledgable about local travel connections. I gave a 3 star rating but that was generous.

La chambre était terriblement sale, a certain endroit le tapis collait et c'est sans compter les taches. Pour ce qui est du reste c'etais horrible, le matelas etait degoutant remplis de tâches, les murs sale ,de la poussiere partout et des gravure dans l'ascenseur (vandalisme)Quand j'ai reserver je me suis dit qu'un hotel travelodge devrait être pas si mal....ils l'ont échappé celui la. Par chance je n'étais pas avec ma petite fille, j'étais seul, mal pris et tres fatigué. N'allait pas la.!

Ok pour une courte nuit avant envol, a 10 minutes de l’aeroport avec prix bas pour vancouver, hotel vetuste devra etre renove, besoin d’une bonne couche de peinture entre autre.

Très décevant et hôtel malpropre :(
Totalement décevant, jamais eu un hôtel comme ca. Hôtel qui est plus du type motel. Qui est très défraichit et besoin de rénovation, tapis sale et tout mal installer, tapisserie et mur sale . Il avais laisser une bouteille de désinfectant alors tout désinfecter moi même et heureusement juste une nuit ouff :( si j'avais pris le temps de lire les avis ... Pas de shuttel pour aéroport ce qui m'avait décider de prendre cet hotel et en plus un surplus à mon arrivée de $25 pour une chambre non fumeur. Vraiment moi c'est terminer pour moi un Travellodge

I stayed here with my child and my best friend, we had a super easy check-in/check-out, the staff were friendly. At the time of booking I wasn’t injured, but before my trip I ended up on a knee scooter. Our room was wide enough that I could move around easily, and there are enough parking spaces close to the door that we were able to score a good spot (no disability sticker, I did not park there, but there were plenty of spaces.) A lot of comments say negative feedback, but we had a nice stay; my only complaint is that you hear every plane landing/taking-off at YVR.

The front lobby was worn out and dirty. The carpet was filthy and the furniture was old and worn out. We arrived to check in at 1:30 am and desk clerk told us that we couldn’t check in until 3:00 pm, at that time I realized I had made a mistake on the reservation date. The clerk was unsympathetic and said that the hotel was sold out and that we could not check in. Then in the next sentence the clerk stated that he could check us in but we would have to pay for the room in full again, even though we had already paid. To say I was shocked was an understatement. I tried to reason with the clerk and all he said was you can call my Manager. I tried to discuss a solution, but he wasn’t interested in helping. Having paid for a room that we were refused, we left and found a new hotel. The clerk could have checked us in since it was so late at night knowing we would still check out at the regular time and we had already paid, but he refused to provide a reasonable solution. We will NEVER, book or stay at the Travel Lodge Wyndham due to this poor treatment. They got our money, without providing a service. Good for you Travel Lodge.

i Like the location its near and the airport because we need to sleep from lay over back to Saskatoon.but i accidentally check the duvet the gray one i feel its dirty and they have 1 hair because i compare the left bed and its clean..hope next time be sure that always change and clean the bedding..but i appreciate the morning breakfast snack

BIG NOOO !!!! What a garbage! Not kid or any person friendly !!! Our room was dirtiest and despite a great view it had the dirtiest window I’ve ever seen. Also the curtains had stains so you don’t want to touch them. The bed was smelling aweful & the bathroom was disgusting. The sink was dirty & had rusting on it. The bed had a lamp which was so old & dirty plus there was no cable extension. The carpet in the room was dirty with wet damps & dark spots on it. You wouloeven want to step on it without shoes. was an extension cord and hard to get at. The lifts has scribbles on it. The manager was the most arrogant & unorganized person. He didn’t bother. We checked in & checked out the same day after 1 hour since we had a small baby we didn’t want to keep her in an unhygienic place. But the manager didn’t bother to ask why we were checking out or if everything was okay! We’ll never return!!! Also we lost our 200$ but atleast we went & stayed somewhere else which was almost the same price but a clean place behind this hotel the sandman. We did this booking through expedia because they didn’t have proper reviews but I shall never consider this hotel chain again.

This property doesn’t match the pictures. Outdated but would be a great haunted hotel. The floating debree in the hot tub was something special. The socks and garbage from previous guest left in room under bed was an extra gift. Mold on windows lovely.

There was nothing good about the stay. Dirty, bugs, old and worn building, elevator, rooms look like they need a fresh everything including sanitizer. Marks and stains on the walls. The gym is a treadmill in what was probably an office. It didn’t even work when I stayed there. Breakfast is a juice box, apple and a nutrigrain bar in a paper bag you’ll need to ask for at the front desk. This building smells of smoke all over as they still allow smoking in some rooms. There is zero reason to stay here.
