Mal insonorisé. Toute la nuit, on entend les sirènes du 15 ième étage. Un soir, à partir de 20h, les personnes de la chambre d à côté ont commencé à mettre la musique très fort et à faire du bruit. Comme j étais très fatigué, je me suis endormi. Mais à 3h du matin les cris et la musique m ont reveillé. J'ai appelé le concierge qui a très vite et bien géré. Les cris et la musique se sont arrêtés. Très bon service! C'est un hôtel que je recommande de par sa localisation qui donne accès à tout en quelques minutes de marche.

Je suis resté à l'hôtel durant une semaine. Super emplacement, tres accessible par metro de l'aeoroport et proche de tout au centre ville. Sincèrement j'ai beaucoup apprécié, même le gym etait adequat, et le personnel a été tres serviable donc #1

Me and my friends were stuck in the parking garage elevator for 20 minutes. They sent security who then called the fire department to get us out. We were then met by the hotel manager who apologized and gave us a gracious gift card for dinner. I had already paid for the room via Expedia. They made a difficult situation tolerable. You can count on them.

We were expecting a better experience considering the high cost to stay here. The coffee maker in our room did not work so had to request a replacement. There is no fridge in the room for personal use. The only fridge that is in the room is one that is filled with their own beverages and if you remove any of it out of the fridge then you will be charged so we couldn’t even keep our own food and drinks cold. Then early on a Sunday morning we were awakened by the very loud sounds of construction in the room directly above us. With the loud and constant noise from construction, we couldn’t even hear the TV. Lastly, the elevators were out of service and we were on the 18th floor.
