Es hat eine tolle Lage in der Nähe vom bekannten Kitsilano Strand und ist unweit vom Stadtzentrum! In der Umgebung gibt es tolle Geschäfte und Lokale und was selten in Vancouver ist, es gibt freie Parkplätze, die ohne Zeitbeschränkung sind! Es sind nicht viele aber wir haben immer einen gefunden! Nachteil der Wohnung ist, dass sie etwas altmodisch drinnen gestaltet ist (auch etwas dunkel) und etwas modrig riecht, da es eben eine Erdgeschoss Wohnung ist!
