It has three floors - the top floor has two rooms - one with a table/study area, queen bed, the other with twin beds. A bathroom with tub is shared between them. The main floor (middle) has a sitting room, dining table for 6, kitchen with all the cooking utensils, pots, pans, and dishes - fridge, microwave, gas stove, oven, dishwasher. The TV has some channels and Netflix. There is one bedroom on the main floor with attached full bath. I appreciated the blackout lining curtains all through the home - they kept the sun out on a very warm weekend. The surprise was the unit has an A/C. As everyone in the northwest knows, A/C only works in these homes if you keep all the blinds on and windows closed the whole time. There is a bonus basement full apartment with twin beds, living room, small kitchenette. There are also laundry services and a small deck with seating and gas bbq. The host Darren was very responsive and accommodating. Its a perfect stay for a family with adult/teen children (who need their own beds) or visiting with grandparents. (6 beds in total + sofa bed option). The South Cambie area has seen an explosion of restaurants and bars, so we really didn't need to go in to the city for dinners.
