We were in town organizing a 50th wedding anniversary celebration, and the first three days were a whirlwind of activity. Max was incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout our stay—even coming to our rescue when we accidentally locked ourselves out. Having parking right by the front door was a real luxury. The location offers easy access to the entire North Shore and is just minutes from downtown Vancouver. It was also only five minutes from the happy couple and just ten minutes from the venue - perfect for our needs. We made a good decision to stay at Max’s place, it was perfect for us, very well appointed, great quality appliances and bedding, great location, walking distance to shops, near to Capilano suspension bridge and Grouse mountain. As it a basement conversion (and a lovely one at that) there is limited natural light so we did need the lights on all the time but this is a very minor point. This place was exceptional and just as described! Everyone within our group was pleased with all of the accommodations and amenities included within the home. The host and property manager were always prompt to respond to any of our questions. The surrounding community and shops were lovely and within walking distance of the home.
