Our host, Colin was friendly and very responsive to our questions. The apartment's position being around 100 metres from Stadium-China Town train station was fantastic for access to the city and airport. Rogers arena is just across the street. Also there were lots of restaurants and several grocery stores close by. In response to recent hot weather Colin added 2 air conditioners which kept the apartment cool during the hottest days. The view from the unit was across the bay and Vancouver Science World. Property was exactly as described and located in a great area. The property was clean and the owner left some great treats for us. Parking was a huge bonus and it was a safe, secure lot. My only downside to this property is how loud it is. There is a train station and a busy street but the owner did provide ear plugs which was very helpful. There's also an essential oil machine that I found and used and it relaxed the whole apartment. There are AC units so the apartment was cooled. Beds were comfortable.
