If you're heading towards the airport, Richmond, or Downtown, catch the westbound bus on 41st Avenue to access the Canada Line station at the southwest corner of 41st and Cambie. For destinations like Burnaby, Coquitlam, or Surrey, take the eastbound buses on 41st Avenue to reach the Expo Line at Joyce Station. It's advisable to consult real-time Map App on your phone to allow extra travel time, as traffic in Vancouver can change quickly. With a complete separate entrance, on the lower floor, the care taker and 1 university student are ready to help in case you need urgent assistance. In Vancouver, local bylaws limit parking to 3hrs between 8 am and 6 pm in front of any property you don't own. We offer 2 parking space at the backyard, accessible with remotes. R4 bus on 41st street, fast straight shot to skytrain (Canada line) then straight to downtown.Alex was a awesome host!! communicating with him was a breeze. always always answered right away and solved any problem right away..really appreciate his help! We had a wonderful stay at Alex's house in Vancouver! The location is perfect, right in the center of everything, and the house was exactly as pictured – clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking breakfast, and the on-site laundry was super convenient. Traveling with a baby, we appreciated the high chair and travel crib provided. The house being pet-friendly was also a bonus. It’s a safe, quiet, and comfortable space – a real home away from home. The neighborhood was peaceful, with 2 minutes walk to park where kids loved to play, the street itself was lovely, especially with the colorful fall trees. Alex was an excellent host, responsive and helpful, and his restaurant recommendations were spot-on. We would definitely recommend Alex’s house and look forward to returning! ##### Green S. I had an incredible stay at Alex’s place—truly the best I’ve ever experienced! The location is unbeatable, with bus stops just a 2-minute walk away and plenty of restaurants within a 3-minute radius. The free parking was a plus but street parking is also available in the area. The rooms were spotless and so peaceful, with everything you could possibly need in the fully stocked kitchen. The room temperature was just right, making it cozy and comfortable. Communication with Alex was quick and friendly, and the self check-in/check-out process was a breeze. The in-unit laundry was convenience and easy to use. My family absolutely loved our stay here and highly recommend it to everyone looking for a perfect stay in Vancouver. ##### Mile M.
