The morning staff was very rude she was not no help. Any extra afort to help. she wants debit. Cards only She does not wanna take any credit cards. Cause. More work for her. She is a phiillpna lady... does not even smile. Or greet anyone. Very rude

Nice rooms, plenty of space. Cleaning staff inconsistent when setting up the room, kept taking the hand soap and giving a new one. Kept forgetting to leave toilet paper when you’re on a partial roll. Kept leaving boxes of Kleenex (we had three boxes in the room by the end of the trip). Elevator needs repair as it didn’t always level off with the floor before the doors open.

The hotel itself was lovely. Very pretty bright room. The front desk staff were very nice. The starbucks staff were amazing. Downfall. Hotel is connected to a casino, which meant finding parking at the end of the day very difficult. Each night we circled for 15 minutes just to find a parking spot

When we are at the lower mainland we prefer staying at the coast hotel for location,convenience and can go to the casino.

My wife and i love to come to this hotel for a little staycation. But unfortunately, this time was not so relaxing. When my wife and i arrived at the hotel, we were told that both elevators weren't working. Our room was on the forth floor so we had to use the stairs. My wife had spine surgery a few years ago and found it extremely hard to climb all those stairs. She is still in pain from all that 😔.

Hotel is great. Being attached to the casino there's NO parking till late. Thats my only complaint. Terrible for parking.

It would be easier to sleep in a cement mixer than to sleep at this hotel. Every toilet flush in the entire facility is yours to share. The doors closing throughout the night, those are for you too. A high powered generator sound announces itself in 15 minute intervals. If you plan on gambling all night, you won’t need to worry. But if you plan on sleeping at least 3 hours, look elsewhere.
