Je recommande cet hôtel pour visiter Portland
Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Chambre faite chaque jour. Piscine agréable et à bonne température. Petit déjeuner très correct, servi à partir de 6h. A 30-40 minute seulement, aux heures de pointe, de Portland et pratique pour visiter la Colombie River jusqu’au Bridge of the Gods en passant par Multnomah Falls

Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres. Mais on entend très fort la route et impossible de dormir avec la clim qui fait trop de bruit. Le petit déjeune est comme dans tous les best western très mauvais du type "tricatelle".

Bon hôtel spacieux à proximité de Portland
L’hôtel offre des chambres spacieuses dont celle que nous avions réservé : une suite avec deux chambres et deux salles de bains L’hôtel est situé près d’une sortie d’autoroute et d’un Mall, donc proche des restaurants La piscine et le jacuzzi sont agréables après une Journée bien remplie le sauna ne chauffe que très peu quant à lui La literie est bonne également, c’est pourquoi nous recommandons cet hôtel

We had an amazing 2 night stay here for my daughter’s volleyball tournament. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially the amazing ladies who cooked up and set up the breakfast area as well as the maids. The maintenance/janitor guy was great too! Thank you so much for your kindness and beautiful smiles. You guys deserve a raise and a promotion! I pray and hope Best Western treats you well because you all deserve it!!! Thank you again and again! I highly recommend this place, specifically due to the amazing customer service from the receptionist to the janitors, maids and breakfast service members.

The room smelled like cannabis. The third day we came back to find the bathroom had been cleaned but the bed wasn't even pulled up (not just not changed; not made). The left over piece of cookie in the lobby didn't get picked up or replaced all evening, though the night and half way into the next day! The window in the room was broken, the toilet kept running and the heater was noisy.

Stayed one night arrived around 10pm. Was pleasantly surprised by how nice it was. We were greeted by Angel who checked us in and was extremely welcoming and nice. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. Only thing was it was cold for my liking but my husband likes a cold room so he was fine. We had free hot chocolate from the lobby at 10.30 and free cookies that Angelo had made for customers. They were delicious. Thank you Angel! Breakfast was good lots of options. Would definitely stay here again. Employees were very respectful friendly and courteous.

Perfect location if you want to go shopping and very near Portland Oregon if you want to buy something in Oregon tax free. This was a great experience for my wife and I as we enjoyed shopping and the delicious breakfast at the hotel. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful.

Our shuttle schedule changed due to the weather snow storm. Which made our airport pick up or airport drop off delayed. Which is out of our control!

I was in a tight spot at 0300 and needed a room for two nights. The employee was in the middle of her night audit and got me checked in with an upgrade. Really meant a lot that she was so courteous and kind. Love best western

Enjoyed our stay...good beds. Wonderful breakfast, with excellent choices and refilled frequently. Family enjoyed the pool. Hot chocolate and coffee machine in the lobby was a real plus!!!! Planning on coming back when needing a place to stay in the area.

We had to ask for more pool towels a couple times. When I went to check out and no one was at the front desk. I asked multiple other workers because I didn't want to be late checking out. Someone finally came to the front desk after I called from my cell phone to the lobby.

After going to bed, someone unlocked my door with a key (not mine). It turns out they assigned my room to someone else when they arrived around 9:30 PM. This was not good!

Room reeked of animal. We understand that we stayed in a pet-friendly room but the oder was nauseating. Had to buy air freshener to use. Staff provided inconsistent policies about late check-out. Breakfast gave both me and my partner stomach illness.

Micky was beyond awesome in helping us! We checked in to a Days Inn just down the street, and it was beyond horrible - dirty, tiles falling off in bathroom, hall carpets hadn't been vacuumed in months. We couldn't stay there. Drove down the street and found Best Western. Micky was at the front desk and was over the top awesome in helping us. She had one room left, and we got it. She went over and above helping us, and we're grateful. Should have booked Best Western the first time!! Vancouver Mall Best Western is tops. Great service, great breakfast, clean - met all our expectations!
