Regarding the bedrooms, my aunt kindly offered to sleep in the bunk bed room, but she did not find the bed particularly comfortable--that room is probably better for kids than for adults. The younger kids enjoyed the pool and the whole family liked the proximity to the train station, Rogers arena for the teenager and adult child’s concert and all the eateries and shopping nearby. The bathroom with the sliding door was a bit of a challenge and sticks if you don’t pull it open from the bottom. My two adult daughters appreciated having separate bedrooms. The best thing was the communication and responsiveness of the manager. We lost the key fob for entry on day 2 unfortunately, but still had access in and out and of the apartment. The host was very gracious. On top of that my daughter left some clothes behind and the host went herself to look for them. In terms of location, there is easy walking access to multiple areas of the city. There’s a train station 1 block away. The apartment was clean and well maintained. We didn’t eat here at all so can’t comment on how well stocked the kitchen is. We did have an issue with the tv (there were no remotes that worked the tv) but the Owner was really responsive and sent someone to deal with it right away. He was very responsive to all my inquiries right from the time of booking. This property is so close to everything we were doing - the Hockey Stadium and the Science Center. Rafaela is very prompt with communication. It's also right next to the less pleasant Downtown Eastside, but the border between these neighborhoods is quite distinct. The apartment is fine for a few days. The bed in the master bedroom is wonderfully large—unique in this type of apartment. It's a shame, though, that the third bedroom has no windows and no air conditioning. The air conditioning in the living room and other bedrooms worked properly, but it was very noisy. It's great that there's a gym and parking available for guests! Apr 29, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Delightful Oasis As a group of three elder adults we totally enjoyed this low rise three bedroomed/two bathroom condo in the heart of downtown Vancouver. The condo was exceptionally clean and well provided for in terms of comfort and provisions including items such as towels and shampoo's through to coffee pods and cooking utensils. In addition, the privacy and tranquility afforded by the private courtyard, plus the amenities of the indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and gym were also added gems. The location is superb with lots of small bakeries, coffee shops and eateries all around, plus a large grocery store within a 2 minute walk, plus the same distance to the light rail station with only 3 stops down to the waterfront. This is an exceptional condo that truly is an oasis in amongst all the alternative and standard high rise apartment living. We would highly recommend. ##### Martin K.
