It is in Chinatown and there are a lot of homeless/drug users all around but the property itself follows strict security and overall felt very safe. The building is very secure but the street and surrounding neighborhood has a lot of homeless The homeless don’t seem to bother anyone. Just a lot of trash and odor around. A lot of sirens at night. Owner is very responsive if you have a problem.
