Also no instructions about where the garbage room was. The area is not somewhere you want international guests staying. We coukdnt get in to the apartment one evening because the area was cordoned off by police after some sort of incident. There was also human poo on the wall right near the entry and just below where you had to swipe the fob! The street noise all through the night was also intense. The first time getting in was a bit tricky, but once I got a handle on the process it was fine. The location was interesting. Right on the edge of the China district. If you aren't comfortable with encountering homeless people, this area wouldn't work for you. They never were a problem and Ifelt very safe in the apartment building, but there are a lot of them around.I really enjoyed the rooftop deck The views were nice and it was a great place to enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day. The apartment was nicely stocked, but I honesty didn't do a lot of cooking while I was there. I was glad to be able to open the windows as it could get a little stuffy in the apartment and it was nice to be able to air it out.The management team was very responsive.All in all, a nice stay. ##### Shirley P.
