### 'Gratacul' Room with Mountain View, Shared Terrace

The Gratacul room in Valtournenche offers 40 sqm and is ideal for couples, but can accommodate up to 4 guests with an extra single bed and a sofa bed for one. A private bathroom is available. Breakfast, Wi-Fi, a baby cot, and a high chair are included.  
  
During your stay, you can enjoy wonderful mountain views. In summer, you have access to the shared terrace.  
  
B&B La Poya is located in Valtournenche, just a 5-minute walk from the town center, where you’ll find restaurants, a supermarket, tobacconist, bank, and bars. The property is close to the Cime Bianche ski lifts, offers stunning mountain views, and is only a 15-minute drive from Cervinia, in a peaceful, authentic mountain setting.  
  
The B&B features two spacious rooms with private bathrooms and independent access, ensuring you have greater autonomy during your stay. Breakfast is served in the common room, which also has a guest lounge area. There is no guest kitchen.  
  
In summer, a terrace is available, and private parking is right in front of the property. Pets are allowed on request for an extra fee. The owners are available for advice and suggestions.
