For shared use: property, terraced garden (not fenced), meadow. Motor access (150 m via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house, in winter 200 m. Supermarket 5 km, restaurant 3.2 km, bar 1.6 km, bus stop "Valtournenche" 5 km, railway station "Chatillon" 25 km, indoor swimming pool 8 km. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km, gondola lift 7 km, slopes 3.5 km. Hiking paths: Alta Via n°1 della Valle d´Aosta 50 m. In winter, snow boots, backpack and winter sports clothing are recommended. Die Gegend ist phantastisch .Man kann vom Haus aus mehrere Wanderungen starten.Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und sauber eingerichtet.Das einzige Problem war der viel zu kleine Kühlschrank.
