Located in the secure "Le Clos des Oliviers 1" residence in Valras-Plage, this air-conditioned, four-bedroom villa is ideal for comfortably accommodating up to 7/8 people. Enjoy a peaceful setting just 450 meters from the beach, with a shared swimming pool, private garage, and spacious outdoor area.  
  
Interior layout:  
Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen, large, bright living/dining room opening onto a 40 m² terrace, separate WC, attached garage with shower.  
  
Upstairs:  
Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed (160 cm) with wardrobe  
Bedroom 2: Bunk beds (90 cm) + pull-out bed, wardrobe, and balcony  
Bedroom 3: Queen-size bed (160 cm) with wardrobe  
Bathroom with WC  
  
Amenities: Wi-Fi/air conditioning in each bedroom and in the living room, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, wall oven, microwave, coffee maker, garden furniture, gas barbecue, etc.

Our opinion: A spacious and well-equipped house, perfect for a large family.  
Pleasant residence with a swimming pool, close to the beach and all amenities. An ideal place to stay for a successful holiday in Valras-Plage.
