#### Lovingly decorated old stone house, centrally located
We spent a wonderful holiday. The house is decorated tastefully and is equipped with everything you could wish for. Especially the kitchen offers any possible device and instrument. The hostess is a charming French lady who was eager to help us with any information we needed. We definitely will be back sometime!

Tout simplement parfait. La maison est impeccable, très bien située et parfaitement équipée. Andrée est une personne adorable, soucieuse que tout se passe très bien et d'une extrême gentillesse. Le petit chemin de randonnée derrière la maison permet d'accéder au village en 10 mon ou de partir directement en randonnée. C'est une adresse à conserver.La région est magnifique !

#### Ein tolles Steinhaus mit Charme
Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist großartig, es hat absolut nichts gefehlt. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß und von der Straße hört man wenig. Es gibt für jede Tageszeit einen schattigen Sitzplatz und Dank der Fensterläden war das Haus immer angenehm kühl. Wir durften unsere beiden großen Hunde mitbringen, die den durchgehenden kühlen Fliesenboden geschätzt haben. Vom gegenüberliegenden Campingplatz haben wir nur in den ersten Tagen Geräusche mitbekommen, da eine Jugendgruppe anwesend war. Die Lage des Hauses ist für viele Sehenswürdigkeiten ideal gelegen und die Innenstadt ist in wenigen Autominuten zu erreichen, wo man abends sehr gut Essen gehen kann. Die Verständigung mit der Vermieterin war zwar nicht ganz so leicht, aber Dank Übersetzungstools haben wir es geschafft. Sie war sehr freundlich und hat sich auch noch ein paar Tage nach unserer Ankunft erkundigt, ob wir etwas benötigen. Sie war sehr aufmerksam. Es war ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

#### Séjour en famille au bord de l’Ardèche
Maison idéale pour une famille, très bien située, proche de la rivière et des loueurs de canoë, nous recommandons d’ailleurs Castor Canoë pour faire une descente de l’Ardèche. Maison de caractère en pierres à la décoration simple. La maison est très bien équipée, notamment au niveau de la cuisine, des ventilateurs, des jeux/livres pour enfants. A noter qu’en face de la maison il y a un camping avec un bon restaurant et des animations certains soirs de la semaine durant l’été qu’on entend depuis le jardin (début à 21h et fin à 23h) mais avec de la bonne musique donc pas dérangeant.

Des proprietaires d une gentilesse extrême ,le meilheur acceuil que nous avons jamais eut de l arrivés au depart !!!! De petite attentions qui nous a profondément touché maisson avec un charme fou!,spacieuses, propre,au calme tres beau jardin et tres grand, chants des oiseaux et grillons qui chante comme cela est agreable. ennormements d équipements (jamais vue sa!! ) Le pont d arc a 5 minute en voiture ou avec la navette gratuite juste a cotés de la maison ,pleins d activités. Qu elle belle région !!! MERCI A VOUS ,VOUS ETES DES HOTES MERVEILLEUX ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Séjour parfait de l'arrivée au départ, les propriétaires sont particulièrement gentils et arrangeants, nous avons longuement bavardé ensemble et ne serait-ce la distance ils pourraient devenir des amis. L'équipement est complet, le parc est bien sympathique, animé par toutes sortes d'oiseaux. Il est très grand et permet de garder une bonne distance avec la route, donc le calme est appréciable. Globalement la maison a du charme, elle n'est pas contemporaine mais elle a "une âme". Bref, nous recommandons !

De super vacances !! Une maison de folie, elle a quelque chose qui fait qu’on se sent vraiment très bien. J’ai jamais vue une location aussi bien meublé ! On avait tout je recommande les yeux fermés La propriétaire super gentille un vrai plaisir de discuter !! Son mari très gentil aussi Il n’y a rien à redire !

Nous avons passé une semaine avec mon conjoint et mes 2 enfants (1,5 ans et 4,5 ans). La maison est très agréable au milieu d'une somptueuse verdure donc un grand terrain tout plat pour jouer au ballon. Le petit sentier de rando qui démarre juste derrière la maison, un + !

#### Traumhaft!
Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich traumhaft! Man hat das ganze schöne Haus für sich und einen großen Garten. Die Ausstattung ist großartig, es fehlt wirklich nichts und es ist auch sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Zu Fuß ist man in wenigen Minuten bei mehreren Kanu/Kajak Verleihen und auch in die Innenstadt ist es dank eines Schleichweges hinter dem Haus nicht so weit. (Ca. 15min zu Fuß). Der Kontakt mit Andree lief auf Französisch, was für uns eine Herausforderung war. Aber so eine herzliche Vermieterin und ein so ein tolles Ferienhaus hatten wir noch nie. Wenn ich könnte würde ich 6 Sterne geben.
