### Apartment 'Valloire' with Mountain Views, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

Located in Valloire, the 'Valloire' apartment offers beautiful mountain views. Spread over two floors, the property features a living room with a sofa bed for two, a kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an extra toilet, accommodating up to 7 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, and books and toys for children. Guests have access to a ping-pong table, a shared gym with equipment, and a shared sauna. A baby cot and high chair are available.  
  
The building has an elevator. The apartment offers a private outdoor space with an open-air terrace, a balcony, and a barbecue. You can enjoy a heated indoor pool, shared with other guests, perfect for relaxation and fun. The residence is open year-round, but access to facilities like the pool, gym, and squash court is available from December 15 to April 11 and from June 14 to August 31\. During these periods, pools are open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 7:15 p.m., and the hammam and sauna are accessible from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Ping-pong and squash reservations can be made at reception.  
  
Two parking spaces are available on the property. Up to two pets are allowed. Smoking is not permitted. There is a ski storage area and an electric vehicle charging station.  
  
This property features energy-efficient lighting. We kindly ask you to leave the property clean and in good condition. Bed linen, towels, and air conditioning are not provided.
