### Apartment 'La Poya' with Mountain View, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

Boasting a beautiful view of the Alps, the holiday apartment La Poya is located in Valloire. The 70 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a sleeping arrangement space in the living room and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV as well as a washing machine. On top of that, a private gym is also provided for your enjoyment. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This accommodation does not offer: air conditioning and towels. This vacation rental offers a private outdoor area with a garden, open terrace, and barbecue amenities.  
  
There is a tennis court within a 15-minute walking distance from the property.  
  
The property is just 300 meters from the chairlift and with shops and a bakery nearby. The shuttle bus to the village every 15 minutes makes exploring easy. With Nordic skiing, a beginner ski lift, and a sled run close by, it’s great for all skill levels.
