« Everything about our stay was amazing. Our room Nick’s Nook was adorable and had great amenities and a cool vibe. We did not use the back space (pergola and hot tub) but everything looked so nice and relaxing! Thank you!!! »

« We had a wonderful, relaxing stay here. Our kids were over the moon in the pool, which was clean and located in a lovely garden. The hosts provided everything we needed including a truly impressive number of towels. We would definitely book again! »

« I loved everything about this place ! The room the giraffe house it’s so gorgeous ! Sean the man who takes care of and manages the property is so knowledgeable. He gave my boyfriend and I a tour around the whole property with his goats and when I tell you this man knows the property HE KNOWS THE PROPERTY & history of the area. The experience wouldn’t have been the same with out him. »

« Nicole's place is very conveniently located, clean as a whistle, comfortable and worked perfectly for me, my husband and our pup. Very nice, new modern property but still with woodsy charm. Nicole's communication and hospitality (left us some gorgeous looseleaf tea) was A+. Would definitely stay again! »

« My GF and I usually stay closer to Tannersville but wanted to check out this area. This place was perfect. Room was cozy and the mini living room addition to room with a pullout couch made if feel more spacious. Bed was super comfortable and had antique feel of the furniture and house. the self serve (honor system) bar and array of board games made for a nice relaxing night in by the gas fire place. The coffee and grab and go fruit/snacks, muffins was timely and perfect for starting out our day....

« My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our two nights at the 1805 House B&B. The four-poster king-sized bed was very comfortable, the large tub in the bathroom was a delight, and breakfast was delivered to our room each morning. The hosts made check in and check out very easy. We were in the area for a jazz festival and to visit a friend. This was a lovely country stay for the weekend. »

The room was smaller than I originally thought, but it was extremely cozy and warm with all the nice amenities inside. We loved all the nice decoration and historical feeling the room has to offer. Will definitely consider it again when we plan to visit Kingston. »
