This the rare co-ed onsen which allows you to go in with your friends and family. The onsen was filled with milky warm water so that you can stay in long hours and enjoy other people's company. Very relaxing environment surrounded by mountains. The food was omakase and very good. We enjoyed all of the local cuisine items with great beer and sake. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the staff are so welcoming and friendly. The service is wonderful and you feel very safe and looked after at the hotel. The staff were so accomodating, they let us leave our luggage with them whilst we did a hike and then checked back in the next night and when we checked back in our luggage was in our room which was a big help as we didn’t have to worry about our property whilst we were hiking and staying at the mountain hut. And the food!!! Absolutely delicious! The dinner was such good quality and tasted amazing with a different menu on each of the nights we stayed. Could not fault this hotel and we hope to be back soon.
