"The house and location are good. Beware of the false advertising. You get no access to the garage. There is a second Casita in your driveway that could be rented by other people while you’re there. The pool is freezing cold, and they only tell you once you check in that it’s $150 per day to heat it. The only way to get the hot tub turned on and off is to call the property manager and have them do it remotely. It took about three hours to get it up to temp on the first car. The shade that was over the pool was broken and was half in the pool. The upstairs guest shower nearly flooded. Thank God nothing spilled over into the actual bathroom floor.
