Great patio and was able to hang out in July with no bugs!Conveniently located less than 45 mins from Hilo and South Island activities like Punalu’u (the best black beach). But of course minutes down the highway from Volcano Natl Park. Only thing missing is a hammock on the patio!Highly recommend. »

« Excellent accomodations! The day we arrived was rainy and the Treehouse was so cozy, perfect to curl up and read a book. The location was excellent for hiking Volcano thee next morning and then popping back at night to see the lava. Also great location for visiting Panalu'u, a black sand beach with turtles! »

« Lehua looked great in the add and was far better in person. We loved our stay-and seriously considered asking if we could stay longer. “LLC” had everything we needed and more-we were able to cook all our meals in a delightfully comfortable setting. "Volcano Village Lodge est un petit établissement bien placé, proche du parc national Volcano. Très au calme au cœur de la rain forest, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Il dispose en plus d’un jacuzzi accessible facilement. Seules déceptions de notre côté : lors de notre arrivée une très gentille dame nous a informé que nous pouvions accéder à la réception pour venir se reposer, prendre un café, manger quelques snacks… sauf qu’elle n’est jamais ouverte. Nous y sommes allé à plusieurs reprises (matin, après midi), jamais personne. Ensuite le ménage des lodges mériterait d’être un peu plus soigné, notamment dans les recoins, il y a pas mal d’insectes. Enfin, le petit déjeuner est déposé dans le réfrigérateur, la veille en chambre, ce qui limite la qualité des produits. "

"Séjour d'une nuit à l'hôtel Hawaï Volcano House si bien situé au bord du cratère du Kilauea à Big Island. A proximité du visitor center et des chemins de randonnées. Chambre standard agréable en rdc, côté parking. Choix entre deux restaurants (très bonnes pizzas au Uncle George's Lounge), petit déjeuner excellent (environ 20 USD pp). "
