« Nous avons adoré le confort des chambres au Gamboa Resort, l’humidificateur était un must mais a bien fait son travail! Balcon très joli avec hamac, aurait pu y avoir plus de meubles sur le balcon. L’hôtel et son environnement est vraiment sympathique, la piscine énorme et vue sur la foret tropicale magnifique. Nous avons pris le combo d’activité (gatun expedition, telephérique et sanctuaire de paresseux) en combo ca vaut la peine, 90$/adultes. Excursions vraiment géniales avec guides excellent!...

« The cleaning could be better. Had some hair in my bed and on the floor in the bathroom. Though a little rug for the bathroom was necessary and missing. The service was good, the workers were very nice. Breakfast included. The localisation was good also, near many shops for food and some shopping. We still had a good night sleep! Thank you »

« We stayed as a family of 4. This place was perfect. Friendly, attentive staff, plenty of delicious food and drinks, and a comfortable air conditioned cabana. We spent most of our day at the pool with a view over the lake and also tried kayaking. The overwater restaurant was a good place to see fish and turtles. We also enjoyed relaxing on our deck with a book. Highly recommend this place to anyone! »

"Nos asignaron un cuarto para discapacitados el cual no habíamos solicitado. El lavadero estaba ubicado bien abajo, muy incómodo para usar. La primera noche el rollo de papel estaba casi al final y se terminó con el primer uso. Pedí a recepción y tuve que llamar 2 veces porque pasó como 20 mins y nadie nos traía el rollo. Las toallas estaban muy viejas, deshilachándose, una incluso tenía un agujero. Uno de los vasos disponibles estaba sucio, solicité el cambio inmediatamente y el recepcionista me dijo que no me podía ayudar que yo misma me contacte con el comedor. Era casi 11 pm. Al día siguiente el vaso sucio continuó ahí me volví a quejar con la recepción, y no lo cambiaron. Recién lo cambiaron en la mañana del 3er día. Lo peor que pasó fue que al utilizar la ducha el agua se desbordó (era una ducha para discapacitados) y se metió al cuarto. Tuvimos que poner toallas en el piso y para evitar que la situación empeore. Finalmente furon a limpiar y el personal dijo que esa ducha siempre traía problemas. La última noche nos cambiaron de habitación. En general muy mala experiencia. No recomiendo en absoluto este hotel. "
