Very bright, elegant and very well decorated. Next to the North Station and 500m from the Plaza del Ayuntamiento and the Barrio del Carmen. Very well connected via the metro to Malvarrosa Beach. It has free high-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout the house. The apartment located on the 2nd floor has 2 rooms. The main room has a double bed, dressing room and en-suite bathroom open to the room and another room with 2 single beds and a storage area open to the room. A spacious living room that has a double sofa bed, with a kitchen open to the living room that includes all appliances. The house has 2 full bathrooms with shower. It has 2 balconies, one of them located on the front façade with views of the main street and another type of terrace, located at the back of the house with views of a large backyard. Very well located and perfect for a holiday in the city center. Found two big cockroaches. Found pieces of nails on the floor. The washer machines was broken. We didnt use it but we checked to see. ##### Ivan N. Stayed 3 nights in May 2024
