Without a doubt, this apartment is ideal due to its excellent location next to everything in the historic center of Valencia. Located next to the Serrano Towers, and alongside Turia Park where walking through Valencia will be a true pleasure and finding a variety of restaurants, cafés with originality, bars, the magnificent Central Market, the Cathedral, the Plaza of the Virgin, among many others that will be part of its surroundings. Not very far at all from the impressive and futuristic city of Arts and Sciences and the beaches of Valencia. You can take public transportation or a taxi. The apartment has 2 terraces inside the home, completely private and perfect for use and enjoyment. It features 2 double bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, wardrobe, a 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds of 90cm and a wardrobe. A full bathroom with a very practical and comfortable shower tray. In the living room, there is a sofa bed perfect for accommodating one more person, with a maximum capacity of 5 people, smart flat-screen TV, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with all basic elements, a Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, water kettle, oven, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. The apartment has a good WIFI connection to work remotely and heating radiators for cold days, as well as air conditioning in the living room and dining area and fans for the bedrooms. \*\* IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY\*\* By making the reservation, you are accepting the following conditions: Rules for a Pleasant Stay: Welcome to our cozy accommodation! However we had an issue with moldy and musty conditions. We were a very last minute booking and floor was so dirty had to wash my feet before getting into bed. Musty towels and bedding. Walls are paper thin and could hear everything around us. Even the upstairs neighbor going to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Headed back from going out to brunch (unit is in a fabulous location) and the toilet was leaking a puddle on the floor. The host addressed the situation immediately, did not have a similar place for us to go and refunded us the money for the next three nights so we could move into a hotel. We did pay for the night we stayed and all charges for the whole booking cleaning for the entire booking and vbro fee. ##### Naomi B. The location of the apartment is great. It is nearby a big square where you can find a lot of restaurants and shops. The apartment was very clean and the beds are comfortable. The owner made a little guiding book where you can find tips and tricks about Valencia and the places to be. This was very helping. Non ha finestre che affaccino all'esterno, solo interne il che non fa rendere conto del meteo esterno ma non è un grosso problema. Comodo e ben arredato.
