This apartment is in a calm and quiet neighbourhood despite only being a 10 minute walk away from the city centre! Located in an amazing spot close to Turia Park. It is also close to a metro station and super market for all your daily needs with many famous restaurants and bars in the vicinity as well! This apartment is very vibrant and bright, getting lots of sunshine that mixes with the bright colors of the apartment to make an uplifting atmosphere which is sure to brighten your mood it comes with a spacious bedroom with a queen size bed which possess an impeccable handpicked mattress. The accommodation also includes a sizable and spotless bathroom and kitchen equipped with all the necessities you could want. We provide free super fast wi-fi as well as air conditioning to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It also has a massive fully furnished terrace that has so much sunlight it makes Venus blush! Even having a sunbed and umbrella it’s perfect for lovers of the sun. The space The apartment has a master bedroom with a queen size bed, bed table, TV and closet. The bathroom is spacious and clean with shower cabinet. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and electric kettle, all brand new. Along with a full set of silverware, wine glasses, dishes, pots and pans. Everything that one might need for cooking and eating at home. The apartment also has a big terrace with stylish outdoor furniture. If intend to arrive outside of this hours, please make sure that you have received and understand the instructions. 3- Between 10pm and 9am is the quite hours in the building, please keep the noise down during this time. 4- The duvet covers are to be found in the closet during cold seasons and in a box under the bed, during hot seasons. 5- Parties are forbidden. 6- Having guests is not permitted, each guest will be treated as an additional person in the accommodation and you will be charged accordingly. 7- Towels are change every two days. 8- Some consumable products such as coffee capsules (Tassimo), toilet papers etc. are provided in limited quantity and will not be recharged, however you can find what you need in Mercadona, Consum etc. 9- Please put the trashes in the trash containers on the street. 10- On the check-out day, please close the windows, turn off the lights, turn off the air conditioner and close the apartment door behind you. 11- Less than 8 days before the arrival, it will not be possible to reduce the number of days or the number of guests in the reservations. Due to intense construction works of the nabouring building , which generated a lot of dust and loud noise such that the terrasse could not be used during working hours for two full days .Having left the winterly North to enjoy the sun at the terrasse , this was obviously a disappointment . Arriving late in the evening and the bed was not made - there were no sheets !! To get a bit of a sleep I used all available towels as “sheets” . Issued with 2 socalled emergency contacts , but a great number of mails and calls remained unanswered : Unable to establish contact with agency , I noticed a lady cleaning another apartment. She agreed to provide sheets and make the bed . On day 3 I was eventually contacted by agency which arranged safe to be unlocked , so from then on ( third day) apartment available as booked and paid for. ##### Eivind Harbo B.
