To get to the apartments, go to Rubén Vela Street 6.

To the right and left of number 6, you'll see several apartments. Yours is on the left side, facing the building . The door is a gray gate with a keypad.

Enter the code from your guest app to open the door. Inside you'll find three boxes. One is unnamed (for parking if you booked it), and the other two have the apartment names on them. Yours is MAR .

Enter the code generated in your guest app to access the keys. Remember to press the tab on your left to open the box; simply entering the code is not enough.

Inside you will find:

1. Apartment key

2. A blue chip for electronic opening of the exterior door

3. Key to the outer gate. It is very important NOT to lock the outer gate , to allow other guests electronic access to the entrance.

If it is locked, the blue token or access code cannot be used. This key is only for security in case of a power failure.
