Once the accommodation has been checked for any possible damage, you will receive a refund of the deposit during a maximum of 7 working days after your check out. 2\. The deposit is valid only for any possible damage caused to the property. 3.The bills are included in the price up to 5€/day. 4.Check-in is from 4:00 pm and Checkout is until 11:00 am. We would appreciate it if you let us know your arrival and departure time. 5.The customer service hours are from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. If you intend to arrive outside of these hours, please make sure that you have received and understood the instructions. 6\. Less than 8 days before the arrival, it will not be possible to reduce the number of days or the number of guests in the reservations. There will be no refund in this case. 7\. One queen size bed will be prepared for every two people in the group; however you can request additional beds according to the number of guests. 8\. The duvet covers are to be found in the closet during cold seasons and in a box under the bed, during hot seasons. 9\. The apartments have electronic locks which should not be manipulated. In case there is any problem with the locks, please contact us. Otherwise there is a 800 euros charge for any damage. 10\. Between 10pm and 9am are the quiet hours in the building, please keep the noise down during this time. 11\. Parties are forbidden. 12\. Pets are forbidden 13\. Having guests is not permitted, each guest will be treated as an additional person in the accommodation and you will be charged accordingly. 14\. Alles is nieuw en zeer net. Op de vijfde verdieping, maar geen probleem met de stille lift. De penthouse is zeer stil en heeft AC. Gelegen op een klein half uurtje stappen van het oude stadscentrum. Je kan ook de metro nemen bij Patraix. Dan ben je op tien minuten in het centrum. Klein minpunt misschien, er was niets voorzien om de was op te hangen. Een wasrek zou handig zijn.
