In the winter it offers the comfort of a chimney and stays in home style. Due to the Valencia weather, the terrace can be enjoyed through the four seasons. This penthouse duplex offers an ample living room and dining room, 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. One of the bathrooms has a nice jacuzzi ideal for 2 people and a balcony with views of the city and the condo's dining and relaxing terrace on its first floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and a great window communicating to the terrace. Walking distance to the Music Palace and City Historic Center and Shopping Streets. Downstairs there is a bus stop that takes to the beach, city center, city hall, train station, universities...
