The rates were very reasonable, and there was plenty of space. However, we found that dishes that were dirty were put away as clean. Found them in the cupboard dirty and we washed them ourselves...no dishwasher. No amenities. We're not complainers and didn't reach out to Orlando, as I believe "it is what it is." All of the appliances, fixtures and outlets are in working order. You'll want to bring your own food and beverages. The only negative for this 2nd-floor apartment is that the steps have no landing, so the ascent is somewhat steep. ##### Robert B. I will say the property manager was very easy to communicate with, and very graciously accommodated us, so I was very much looking forward to our stay. The property itself, however was definitely off-putting. We felt creeped out staying there, the bathroom smelled like marijuana smoke, and we did see several bugs in the apartment (including a roach in the bathroom). Neighbors were friendly and pleasant but very loud into the wee hours of the morning. We’re very easy going, so didn’t feel the need to complain, but definitely wanted to review, so other people don’t get stuck paying for a place they definitely don’t want to stay. ##### Colleen O.
