You can never go wrong staying at a Heritage property in New Mexico! They are by far the best hotel group in the state. Chaco is beautifully appointed, the staff is attentive, and the food and 360' views of the Sandia mountains at Level 5 are spectacular. It is close to the Old Town area and Sawmill Market, so food and culture are easily accessible.

"Driving up to the hotel was nice. The restaurant, that we didn’t use, was clean looking as was the bar area. Restrooms were very clean. The hotel needs some upgrading. Our room smelled very nice when we went in. The restroom could have been cleaner. Floors had dirt around the corners of the baseboards. ..."
