Einige Töpfe und das Raclette(im Kleiderschrank des Flurs verstaut) waren stark verschmutzt z.T.unbrauchbar. Sehr gut ! Ansonsten merkt man das nicht viel getan wird um die Wohnung hier und da etwas auf Stand zu bringen. Bsp: @Duschstange immer noch locker @Liegestuhl Balkon fast defekt @Innentüren schwerfällig @Tischdecke seit 2008 nicht erneuert. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, groß genug, hat ja auch zwei Bäder - tiptop - und ist auch geschirrmäßig etz. gut ausgestattet. Leider wurden noch niemals die Matratzen gewechselt. Diese sind mittlerweile sehr durchgelegen. Auch kleine Makel wie eine lockere Duschstange oder ein schwergängiges Türschloss zum Balkon wurde leider nicht behoben.
